About Vermont Doula Company

  • We are Vermont’s first doula agency, offering a team-based approach that ensures each family is matched with a thoughtful, experienced doula pair. Our model blends high-quality support with reliability, collaboration, and deep community knowledge. With Vermont Doula Company, you’re never on your own.

  • Unlike solo doulas, Vermont Doula Company uses a collaborative agency model. This means you’re matched with a team of two doulas who work together to provide you with consistent, reliable, and personalized support. You’ll meet both doulas in advance, so no matter who’s on call when your labor starts—or what time your baby needs soothing in the night—you’re always supported by someone you know and trust.

You also benefit from the collective wisdom and experience of an entire team. Our doulas collaborate with each other, consult on tricky situations, and bring a breadth of skills and perspectives to your care.

Our team includes folks with backgrounds in nursing, lactation, mental health, public health, reproductive justice, trauma-informed care, and more.
