Bianca Wallace
Bianca (she/her) is a pediatric Registered Nurse with experience in neonatal intensive care, postpartum care, school nursing, and a variety of other clinical settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franklin Pierce University in 2023 after completing her Associate Degree in Nursing and Practical Nursing Certificate at North Country Community College.
Throughout her nursing career, Bianca has cared for patients across the lifespan but has always felt especially drawn to babies, children, and their families. Her clinical experience has given her a strong foundation in newborn and infant care, parent education, assessment, and compassionate, family-centered care.
Bianca’s passion for postpartum care is also deeply personal. After the birth of her son, she experienced firsthand how challenging the early weeks of parenthood can be without nearby family or a strong support system. During that time, her pediatrician connected her with a nurse who came to her home and would cuddle her son while Bianca showered, caught her breath, or simply had a few moments to care for herself.
Those visits left a lasting impression. What may have seemed like small moments of support made an immeasurable difference during a vulnerable time and ultimately inspired Bianca to offer that same kind of care to other families. As a postpartum doula, she understands the value of having someone there who can step in, offer reassurance, and make the transition into life with a new baby feel a little more manageable.
Outside of work, Bianca cherishes time with her family and her energetic preschooler. She loves swimming, hiking, weekend getaways, ice cream dates, and cheering on her husband at his music performances.
