Regan Dobbins

Regan (she/her) is Vermont Doula Company’s Division Operations Manager for Birth & Additional Services, bringing a thoughtful combination of business operations, client relations, financial management, and community-focused work to her role. With a natural talent for organization and an incredibly kind, approachable presence, Regan helps keep the many moving pieces behind the scenes running smoothly while making sure families feel welcomed from their very first interaction with our team.

Regan’s professional background spans small business ownership, community and economic development, hospitality, and event management. Before joining Vermont Doula Company, she founded and operated her own small business, managing client relationships, scheduling, bookkeeping, invoicing, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. She previously supported Vermont businesses and community organizations through the Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation and spent several years managing conferences and events at Vail Resorts. She holds a B.A. from Davidson College and is currently completing a Bookkeeping Certification through the Community College of Vermont.

One of Regan’s favorite parts of her role is connecting directly with families during intake calls. She loves learning about each family, answering questions, and helping them navigate the first steps toward finding the support that feels right for them. Behind the scenes, her attention to detail, organization, and ability to anticipate what needs to happen next make her an invaluable part of keeping the division responsive to both clients and team members.

Regan lives in South Burlington with her partner and their very loved dog. She especially enjoys being close enough to walk to work and brings the same warm, grounded energy to the office that families experience when they first connect with her. Whether she is talking with a new client, solving an operational puzzle, or keeping countless details organized, Regan approaches her work with kindness, reliability, and genuine care for the people around her.
