Vermont Doula Residency Program

The Vermont Doula Residency Program is a paid apprenticeship designed to train and mentor new doulas to deliver compassionate, evidence-informed perinatal care in underserved Vermont communities.

The postpartum program runs from October-December 2025. Upon completion of the residency, participants will be prepared for a successful and sustainable career in postpartum care and may be invited to join Vermont Doula Company as an employee.
